BNN the bulgarian news network reports that 75% of the tourists to visit bulgaria intend to return.
That's a pretty high return rate, and no doubt one of the factors driving Bulgaria's popularity with foreign property investors.

Bloomberg reports (Aug. 17 05) that Bulgaria could well be the next Real-Estate hotspot following the IPO of Black Sea Property Fund Ltd. on London's Alternative Investment Market in March, which raised 50 million pounds ($90.6 million) to invest in luxury holiday apartments in Bulgaria.
"You can buy a two-bedroom luxury flat by the sea in Bulgaria for 40,000 pounds" the article quotes and their are many bulgarian property agents and experts appearing on the market.

The Black sea is it the east of Bulgaria, with some great locations such as Varna, and Sunny Beach. It's a popular destination for sun seekers, and a great place to buy property.

There can be alot of country specific considerations to bear in mind, depending on where in Europe you are thinking of buying a property.
